V ďalšom príspevku Guterres opätovne kritizoval kroky Izraela pri vedení vojny. "Spôsob, akým Izrael vedie svoju ofenzívu, vytvára veľké prekážky pre distribúciu humanitárnej pomoci v Gaze," tvrdil.
