Ako vidno na videách, obranný systém izraelskej armády Železná kupola bol dostatočne úspešný. Izrael preto tento útok nepotvrdil, ani neuviedol, či na jeho územie dopadla nejaká raketa. Napriek tomu letecké spoločnosti rušia lety do Izraela.
